What I've Done
I'm currently the Flickr Architect at Yahoo! Inc.
Before the 2005 aquisition by Yahoo, I was director of web development for Ludicorp Research & Development in Vancouver, where we created the Flickr product.
Previously I've been technical director of special web projects (swp) for emap, a uk based media company,
lead programmer at 5emedia (now evolving media), a web consultancy agency and
lead programmer at Link Information Systems, a technology incubator.
What I've Actually Done
Besides boring work stuff, i've contributed to a bunch of projects and products including
perl,

phpmyadmin,
wordpress,
blogware,
movabletype,
http navigator and a bunch of others i've forgotten about.
At various times i've created and helped to run some large and small online communities, including
iamcal,

I've written a few pieces of
windows software as well as some commerical windows development. More of my code is
available for free and is used in various free and commerical products and websites.
