When is Chrome going to support firefox style plugins, thats what I want to know.

There isn't nearly enough stuff to tinker with in the initial release.

anyone else find the cartoon explanation of chrome's key difference kinda painful in terms of the worry/implication that the core architects grew up in the world of microsoft's version of the difference b/w processes and threads?

specifically, [if the comic is valid] it's optimised for windows' [rather broken for historical reasons] implementation of same. ie, windows threads are vastly more "heavy" relative to processes (and practically harder to manage) than (especially) unices' threads
