Everything I've read seems to suggest that if you get an invite, you don't get to send invites out, only put more people on the list.

congratulations all of you! and Grim… I think that iamcal has to be a major contributing factor in the baby production, so unless you were reading iamcal while you were making the baby, yours doesn't count. So how far along is baby no.1 now?

Not sure if it's going to be much use unless you are actually collaborating with others on a piece of work. It's very clever, but not immediately intuitive, so I can imagine a lot of people signing up and losing interest quite quickly.
