Cal I am interested in your stats for MET's etc. You say you have an armband, how does the armband measure the MET's and steps/calories etc? and how is this information collected and viewed?

Would it be possible to get body fat %

I'd love a program that takes your "fat" photo, with measurements for body fat, and shows how you will look if you increase or decrease it. Would be so cool. Is it possible do you think? I think it would be motivational for many people.

i use the withings scale to measure bodyfat. the armband just does calorie burn & sleep

Haha. EW and gross and yuck. That reminds me of Hansel and Gretel.

Scale is ordered, will arrive in 15 days. Woohoo! Ive wanted a bodyfat scale for years.
