I don't think facebook killed iamcal
like brock I think it's partly that the regulars don't have enough time to post throughout the day
and for the other part the whole influx of spambots and fuckwits has made the approving necessery and while people grew up and left, new people havent come in
and the whole thing just tipped over into not enough posting to keep it lively
sad

see allison seems nice, I have lived here for years and I didnt even know you could sharkify things!
owlifying would make the doc extremely happy too, allison have you met the doc?

No, i haven't met the doc, Miki. I actually found the sharkify button on someones tumblr and thats how i stumbled upon this website. I googled an owlify button for a good half hour but got nothing):

It's just you and me locked in here, Alfie. We might have to eat bugs, which are not vegetarian. I suppose we could resort to cannibalism, which might not turn out so well for one of us. Or we can dine on old food threads, and drink the Stella threads, and burn Brock's threads for warmth. (except the one where he demonstrated his understanding of quantum physics, we need something to make us laugh too)

I'm doing the EA Sports Active 2 for the PS3. It has motion sensors and a heart rate monitor. It's great, really makes me sweat which is a good thing, and it steadily increases the intensity each week, and tracks your progress. I'm half way through the 9 week challenge, and I'm at my target weight already (although I only had a few pounds to lose). I'm now hoping to build up some body strength as I've always been a weakling.

Anyway stop engaging me in conversation

try the body for life trick to build muscle...it works! I'm a girl and I gained 3kg of muscle in three months
doesn't sound like a lot but it is...for a girl....we have no testosterone.
