		<description>&lt;p&gt;It turns out you can make a &lt;a href=&quot;https://github.com/kkuchta/css-only-chat&quot;&gt;browser based chat client&lt;/a&gt; without using any JS or forcing page reloads. Truly amazing/evil. Probably not practical, but does show a clever mechanism for allowing some dynamic data flow with JS disabled.&lt;/p&gt;
