Welcome

Welcome to note planes, the site dedicated to making paper aeroplanes out of sticky notes :)

The Mark I
The Mark I
The first plane featured in this issue, is the reliable Mark I, by me, Cal Henderson. Constructed using 9 folds on a single standard issue sticky note, the Mark I can fly up to distances of 20 feet within an office environment.

Built from modern light-weight fibers (a square yellow note), it is reasonably areodynamic and had good stability at high speeds.

The Testing Ground
The Testing Ground
A preliminary testing ground has been constructed in the office for the purpose of testing the planes for a number of attributes - speed, accuracy, stability and sexiness. Once the tests are complete, rest assured, the results will be posted here.

Want to join in? You can design and build your own note-plane by visiting the make your own page.
