Stress, ill health, large quantities of caffiene (it's an appetite suppressant).. using more calories than you consume basically, so if you're not meeting your daily requirement (around 2500 calories for the average male), you lose weight.. If you're ill, your body uses more calories to try and fight the illness, so you lose weight.
Hmm, not much else does it without you noticing.. Been taking a lot of amphetamines lately?

heh - cal, it was really funny, i got a similar email, from a hosting company.
they noticed that my site had been down, which can be of serious consequence in the business world, and offered hosting for it.
why is this so funny?
because it was about 'my' path.salvagion.com site.
shit, i never knew i was that good a web designer!

Amputating limbs can cause you to lose large amounts of weight. It's a more successful method than slim fast :)
Disclaimer: While Luke thinks it would be funny if someone was stupid enough to follow his advice he does not recommend it, mainly cause he doesn't like being sued and having to spend all day in court. Amputating limbs can be dangerous to your health. Also, Luke cannot prove that amputating limbs is a more successful method of weight reduction than slim fast and would like to apologise to the slim fast corporation before they feel the need to sue him as well.
