Weebl has updated his
pie animation for bastille day.
This site has the lyrics to all the pixies songs, including
translations.
Make your weblog
more accessible. Like by having our new
404 page.
"Twenty-eight days... six hours... forty-two minutes... twelve seconds. That... is when the world... will end."
BBC copies pixelflo (sort of) with playable
cult trumps.
Sand sculptures are cool. My sand-castles were never this good. Not even close.

i assume the way to do it is to mix glue with sand. wallpaper paste perhaps. or maybe they just start with huge blocks of sand stone

Better idea for the 404 page - let them build it themselves in a spampad stylee...

that's an interesting idea

Those sandcastles - if the make them with paste and stuff it would be easier, but how do they make the snow ones?

Matt- cool idea!
How about a dedicated 404 spampad-like thing, where anyone can make different 404s (or just one of their own?), and getting the dreaded "page not found" on the site shows you a random user-created one from the selection?

SORRY! Page not found. Try
searching, or
contact Cal about the error. In the mean time, here is <user> to console you with some words of wisdom:
<blah>
[edit: whoops, stupid < >]

that sounds cool - how about doing that sort of interactivity everywhere instead - some sort of sub headline on every page that's user cusomtisable.
like on the now defuct g4cube.co.uk (by me) and
anglepoised.com

Personally, I think the title tagline (back to basics) should be trawled from a random user selection...

i was thinking that, but then it would throw off search engines and be a bit confusing. maybe it should rotate monthly, and people can submit new taglines. the nov one looks like a winner ;)

okay. i'll take your nov one as an entry. anyone else?
maybe i should start an appeal thread

you suggested it as a tagline
