I guess it depends on what being the "Worst Britain" actually entails. I mean, if it's the "Worst Person to Represent Our Great Country On TV", then yeah, Noel, Jeremy or another of those bearded, shrunken-handed presenters should be there. But if it's some evil bitch like Margaret Thatcher for generally screwing up the country over the past couple of decades, or Richard Bloody Littlejohn (enough said, really)..
