Caught in the midst of a design for someone, MTV is my curent broadcast wallpaper distraction (both current affairs and reruns got depressing) and having been inflicted with Cribs and the Osbounes, I am now aware of a show called Dirty Sanchez. No it has nothing to do with the standard definition but is instead a bunch of Welsh people redoing Jackass. Comments?

One of the other channels (Bravo?)is also doing one with Scottish people in it. Apparently they started doing stuff before the Jackass lot, once appearing on TFI Friday a bit ago.

I had hear that 'Dirty Sanchez' (mad Welsh people doing daft things) wsa supposed to be pretty good (obviously an actual Dirty Sanchez isn't - and a Dirty Beppe is worse ;) ).

'World Famous for Dicking About' (the one on Bravo) is bloody awful and seems to invovle drunk Scots trying hard (and largely failing) to injure themselves. There aren't many highlights but the game of footie with burning footballs was OK. The squeezig of lemons into each others eyes was painful (it makes me wince just thinking about it).

I think its gone too far. I like jackass, I like bits of dirty danchez, but surely those messages saying that they're being supervised by professionals is patent bollocks that they put on to cover their arses in caase some stupid kid tries it.

One day someone from one of these shows is going to die in a horrific skateboard/testicle/piercing/shopping trolley accident. And we'll probably all watch it on mtv, which is a shame.

Dirty Sanchez is the best "arse around & get hurt" show goin, the lads take things that Jackass could never reach to another level, and they make those Scott twats look like....Scotish twats.

i can't get enough of dirty sanchez, as i'm a welsh girl and recognise the places (apart from the french alps)it makes it easier to watch especially as it has Lee Dainton in it. I don't think Jackass is as good, even though i enjoy Jackass, Dirty sanchez is a lot more daring and it shows full frontal male nudity.

Dirty Sanchez is the best show on MTV. Jackass was good, until they repeated the same episodes more than twice a week. Dirty Sanchez is everything we needed as Jackass was getting boring. Since being a fan of Dirty Sanchez, I watched the Jackass Movie and thought it was a bag of shite. Anyway Jackass is just a more commercial version of the original programme 'CKY'. That was created by Bam, Brandon, Ryan and others.
Jackass was good, but Dirty Sanchez has now taken on the role of the best show on MTV.

First off i will state- Im am very easily amused, but that doesn't take nething away from dirty sanchez.
When Jackass came out i was delighted, it kicked ass and amused me for hours, for a while i was really into it but then, as mentioned we got over saturated with it. Even now still, on MTV uk(which is pretty shite to be fair, they seem to have forgotten that its a music station) Jackass is always on. I wont watch it ne more, but just as i was beggininng to despair, DIrty Sanchez arrived.
Like others i thought it was a cheap jackass, and tuned off, but gradually irealised its merits.

Basically Dirty Sanchez is about two things friendsip and the pain/puke barrier.
Where in say jackass or indeed ne tv show do u see friends as good as Dainton and Pritchard? They dont seem to have been bought in by the 'fame' tv has given them, unlike the Jackass crew and their magazine adorning and premier carpet appearances.
I dont agree that its all jus done from boredom,cause these guys like streching the pain barrier as much as poss.
Its just a group of friends having a laugh b4 goin to the pub.Maybe because Irish pub culture is an established part of my life that i appreciate this show more, and understand where these guys come from.
Enough drivel. I Like the show because its funny, the accents are to die for and its not as painfull scripted as jackass became. I also live in a field and haveoccasionally been driven to lenghts for amusement.
What a waste of time this has been.
Dainton rocks.
Ps why do magazines keep saying johnny k is a skater?
Have they seen the show and his lovable complete lack of balance on nething with wheels?
