I was fining people all day today

Thats why if you look at your post today

You may know me as a mayor
But Kerry Bryan, the Aussie peach
Calls me her cuddly bear
She likes my new congestion scheme
She says it makes her hot
But if she changed her little mind

Nice, but your misleading topic title got me all excited because i was going to ask you to give him a kick in the bollocks due to the congestion charge caused congestion on my train to and from work.
