uhh, help??, wut litters the passage??

A girl named Hannah sat staring at her script, she was auditioning for a play named 'Doc Draw o Coward'.
She read aloud, 'doc note i dissent a fast never prevents a fatness i diet on cod and chips'. She sighed
She knew the part would be hard to get, more hard than her previous attempts, she put on a male voice
and said 'to diet on cod would not be preservative my girl'. She briefly considered audition for
Serfloy the male doctor, as her male voice seemed to be better equipped than her own quite
inadequate (well in her opinion) female voice, she spoke again 'what else should I note doc?'
next she switched again and even changed facial 'sex at noon taxes my girl, never do forget'.
