In my opinion, the PS2 has absolutly no reason to worry about the Game Cube. Impressive as it does indeed look, the Game Cube won't be coming out until next year. Nintendo are entering the market so late, and yet with the same technology, that I think the idea is going to be a huge flop, selling only to kiddies because it's numbers are bigger. The PS2 is selling so well that a registration system has been set up in England so you have to register to get one. Beat that, Nintendo.

Over half of all the PS2 machines are being sold as DVD players, NOTHING MORE.Seems people don't really take the PS2 serious as a game machine. Bummer huh?Ah well, Gamecube is gonna rule anyway (it's got some great games in the making)
