This is a read-only copy. The forum ran on iamcal.com from 2000 until its database was lost in 2016, and this topic was rebuilt from copies saved by the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine. Some replies may be missing.

Grab a copy of the Guardian today (27th March) to read me talking about the london bloggers projects and Geographic Information Systems (GIS)

An online version of the article is available here.

is it your domain? i've forgotten who owns it

Yes, it's my domain. It was my prototype too! It's just that you had more time... In the time I'd created a map that you could click on and the message "You clicked on " appeared, you'd finished the whole thing so I pointed the domain at your version ;-)

Woo, I read that article when i was getting smashed in the sir richard steeles on a chance visit to london.. I saved it and was going to try and find out about it later..but thanks to the wonders of the web and trawling through b3ta i end up here!
It made me think of Weareacamera.com which is one of mine. In this site we are trying to tie location and time back to photo archiving.
