it was a young enterprise project. the 'bobble' bit was a flashing ping pong ball.
i still have one of them somewhere, although the battery ran out.

err, some exploring indicates the photo was posted my angel_mouse (or at least from angel_mouse's pc - we know how much angel_mouse, jeff, uncle moc, doctor lucid and wobbie like to share computers)

well im on NTL. having never met any of the others in person (although maybe i have met wobbie and moc?!) I dont think that its from the same PC.
