there must be at least two options for comparison, followed by the apathy vote.

whether intended or otherwise, this poll asks the reader to compare which is better - Ninjas, or apathy.

as such, the apathetic voter would still have to pause to consider whether the apathy they adhere to is better than ninjas - which even for the most apathetic can be a tough call.

their answer could also be slightly paradoxical, as the reader who takes pride in their nonchalance could naturally, select the apathy button, which in essence leads them to affirm that this apathy they hold is even better than ninjas, providing evidence that they did in fact consider the case at hand, causing their apathetic state to come into question.

fortunately, the truth apathist would fail to give a shit about such issues.

Ahhhhhh but I dont even look at the other options anymore. Straight to apathy for me!
