Posted by arsepuppy, 12:55, 6th May 2003:

Is that "pvc" as in PVC, or "pvc" as in a euphemism for a lady's front bottom?
Posted by arsepuppy, 12:55, 6th May 2003:

I thought the Matrix was arse.
Posted by jlittle, 12:57, 6th May 2003:

erm, I thought (at the time) that the Matrix was the best film ever made
Posted by arsepuppy, 13:01, 6th May 2003:

S'pose I'll have to see it again but I thought it was like "woo, pretty things moving quickly", then I thought "where's the story?". To be fair though, there was one bit where I felt compulsed to feel the back of my head for wires. All in all, it's no Rocky III. *That's* a film.
Posted by Victor Menendez, 13:09, 6th May 2003:

Yeah, Clubber lang could kick that pussy neo's ass any time.

"whats your prediction for this fight clubber?"
"Pain"

"Ever fought a dinosaur, kid?"

"I don't hate Balboa, but I pity tha foo'!"

"(sobbing)Mihhhcckkk!!!!"

I love Rocky III.
Posted by arsepuppy, 13:20, 6th May 2003:

Ah fuck it, I love all of them...

"I must break you"

"Get up ya sonnafabitch! Cos Mickey loves ya!"

Hell yeah.
Posted by arsepuppy, 13:21, 6th May 2003:

I think Chay needs to be weaned of the Disney stuff and onto the Rocky films. Or even the Evil Dead trilogy. Fuck Yeah.

"Give me some sugar, baby!"

The matrix kicked ass, and I recently read the book it's based on / ripping off. That kicks plenty more ass.
Can't wait for the sequel (And the soundtrack for the sequel is pretty damn good)

em: YAAAAAAY :D
Posted by cal, 21:42, 6th May 2003:

nice action sequences, but to say it's the best film ever is just silly

it doesn't come close to power puff girls
Posted by chandler, 21:59, 6th May 2003:

Powerpuff Girls film rocked!
Posted by phoenix, 22:54, 6th May 2003:

more excited about x-men 2, that Hugh Jackman is lovely.
Posted by Redmaiden, 22:59, 6th May 2003:

I want to see that film but not for fact that it may or may not have fit people in it! I'm off for the plot and special effects
Posted by phoenix, 23:06, 6th May 2003:

o.k plot is good, and special effects are excellent but you have to admit Hugh Jackman is sexy
Posted by Redmaiden, 23:10, 6th May 2003:

I don't even know who he is
Posted by phoenix, 23:14, 6th May 2003:

Wolverine and he was also in Swordfish with John Travolta
Posted by Redmaiden, 23:58, 6th May 2003:

oh Wolverine yes I remember, well the seriously hairy face (like a wolf) kind of turned me off. I'm not into beastiality
Posted by jlittle, 08:35, 7th May 2003:

X Men 2 isnt that great
Posted by beargod, 08:43, 7th May 2003:

Its better then x-men, It is really cool, a hint of beast and lots of hints of pheonix, it was very cool
Posted by cal, 09:06, 7th May 2003:

X Men 2 isnt that great

and you think the matrix is the best film ever?

you are sadly deluded
Posted by cal, 09:06, 7th May 2003:

(because xmen2 was pretty good really)
Posted by jlittle, 09:10, 7th May 2003:

read what I said Mr Cal!

I said *at the time I thought that The Matrix was one of the best films I had seen - I'm not saying that I think the same *now*.
Posted by Victor Menendez, 10:04, 7th May 2003:

ah well, 'at the time' i thought fantazia was the best film ever, that was 1982 i think.
Posted by Foghorn Leghorn, 10:11, 7th May 2003:

x-men 2 was ok...but who the hell is Lady Death Strike?
Posted by cal, 10:19, 7th May 2003:

the lady with the very pointy fingers
Posted by Foghorn Leghorn, 10:23, 7th May 2003:

Yeah, but i dont remember her in the comics! And when does Rogue start flying..and where was Sabretooth? Why didnt Colossus have a larger part and..and..and
Posted by Foghorn Leghorn, 10:29, 7th May 2003:

And more importantly..why dont the ladies weat more PVC/leather?
Posted by arsepuppy, 10:36, 7th May 2003:

Probably because they've run out of talcum powder.
Posted by beargod, 10:48, 7th May 2003:

sabertooth was in jail from the last film, I don't think Rogue will fly in the film, I think Lady death strike was invented for the film like toad was for the last film, she will probably be in the comics soon. and they ran out of PVC/leather because in the docu's before that i watched they said they kept ripping them
Posted by beargod, 10:48, 7th May 2003:

Is that too geeky?
Posted by Foghorn Leghorn, 10:54, 7th May 2003:

Not at all...but..

Sabretooth cannot be held in jail..he is far too strong! And Lady Death strike was in the comics, i just found her www.geocities.com/Hollywood/2855/deathst...

Also, Toad is a real character..

Is that too geeky?
Posted by beargod, 11:10, 7th May 2003:

Magneto could not be held in jail because of his magnetic powers and yet they found a way to hold him
Posted by Foghorn Leghorn, 11:29, 7th May 2003:

At the end of XMen Sabretooth fell off of the Statue of Liberty and fell through a boat. Never caught by the police, hence no jail sentence. I presume they couldnt get the same actor/wrestler to play him again.
Posted by beargod, 11:46, 7th May 2003:

I have no idea, I can't remember the end so yes i would presume the same as you
Posted by Victor Menendez, 11:53, 7th May 2003:

maybe he realised he was extinct over a million years ago.

Is that too geeky?
Posted by beargod, 12:03, 7th May 2003:

yes
Posted by Victor Menendez, 12:10, 7th May 2003:

Yes he realised, or yes its too geeky?
Posted by beargod, 12:11, 7th May 2003:

just yes, why does it have to have any meaning?
Posted by Victor Menendez, 12:21, 7th May 2003:

yes

Posted by cal, 08:13, 12th May 2003:

Posted by beargod, 09:45, 12th May 2003:

x-men 2 looses some of its appeal second time round, the jokes arn't funny anymore but its still good. X-men 2 i think would be good if you havn't seen the first one
Posted by t.m., 12:06, 12th May 2003:

Just saw XM2 and am fucking stoked. Now waiting for M2 and then let the geeks inherit the media as they fight it out for best flick of 03!
