It was as shots, not like this :

"Deco" comes with a small bottle of Kronenbourg lager with a shot of absinthe attached. The idea is to down the 45 percent-strong absinthe and drink the five-percent strength lager as a chaser.

I drink absinthe on a regular basis, especially when i am out drinking with nibbler. Its fuckin rotten though, plus the pubs only sell 4 to each person, anymore of that and you are liable to cut your ear off.

the absinthe in this country is shit. You can only buy the real stuff abroad which is a lot better and it is a haloucigenic so after a few it is quite amusing

i drunk it when i was abroad before they had it in this country and it is much nicer stuff abroad. i think it is minging in this country

There is a small chain of bars called Bar Soviet - they do the real stuff, like 80% and with a tea spoon of brown sugar on fire and stuff... they import it from somewhere, nasty stuff though, i tried it once when out with Cal
