Why not have an 'ignore' option that we can click on in peoples profiles.

That was the little kiddlers can say what they want, but we'll be none the wiser.

That is quite a good idea

and it can also be used at things like chay and emma doing that whole lovemscusm thing(ewwwwww) we could have ignored them and come to think about it, it would be able to let chay back and people who are not wanting to listen to him they could ignor him

and if it is affective then we could use it in Middlesbrough to get rid of the townies :)

Only problem the people ignoring will only get half the convo

i'm sure i asked cal about this a while back - that and PC functions, but he didnt want to do it ;)

I am going to take Cal's side here. It's not wanting to do it, it's not having the time.

Running a website like this and keeping it going is no easy task when you have a million other things on your plate.

I am sure that he likes us giving him suggestions and a lot of them have been really good ones, but finding the time and trying to make everyone happy is an impossible task.

you make some good points Nov, but he has just wasted 10 mins writing a script to hack into his cousins forum

the reason i wont add ignore is because it wouldn't work. most of the kiddies here constantly sign up under new usernames, so you'd spend longer blocking them than you would have spent skipping their comments.

PC functions?

I assumed the main reason the kiddies kept signing up is because you kept banning them?
Posted by cal, 16:02, 18th June 2003:

all different kiddies actually

I like to mess with my family memebers also, so that isn't wasting time. That is family and family comes first. :)

"I like to mess with my family members also..."

I can hear the sirens coming right now.

(goodness, first comment here in ages, and it's a peurile joke. must try harder.)

hi grabo.

wow! nearly a year? really must try harder!

seriously. in my experience, the best way to deal with kiddies is the delete-and-ignore approach. nothing more. eventually they get bored and go away. give them a reaction, and they've got exactly what they want.

Hi graybo! I still check up on you, just haven't left any comments in awhile.
