Title: Possibly Also With Boom Bip
Artist: Dave Swann
Rating: 5/5

My god. Normally I'll dismiss Hip Hop as not really my cup of Earl Grey. But man, Dave Swann is a nice mug of Ceylon, with just the right amount of milk and a couple of chocolate chip biscuits. It's not quite hip-hop, it's more like avant-hip-hop mixed with a healthy amount of prog rock. He's one of those anticon chaps, but he puts everything that ever passes itself off as hip-hop to shame.

That boom-bip album has Dave rapping on one of the tracks, and that's bloody amazing, and then there's the Themselves and Cloudead albums, plus he's now released a whole album with Boom Bip. He's so mental and neurotic and he sure can rap in such a cool manner... I'd definately put him on my list of top 5 voices. Actually, that give me an idea...
