Can't we have some way to post to this site using WAP? I've got to use google to read the site when I'm not near a pc (don't have one of my own online, boo-hoo), and it's annoying not being able to reply.

post using wap? can't be arsed really. not enough people use wap. because it's shit. you can't fit anything close to a full iamcal thread on a wap page (size limit is tiny).
i'd probably no a lightweight version of iamcal for mobile internet devices (like gprs phones with web browsers) if there was enough demand.

*bumpety*
Having just got one of the new fangled GPRS-majigger phones, I'd like to post on the move too. :D
Currently reading off the RSS feed over wap - I've never had any use for it until now. All I need to do is to find a use for the text-only version and I'll be using iamcal at its full potential. Or near it anyway.

WAP sucks. Why bother making your website for bad old technology when eventually good new tech will come along and let people use your site without you having to look at any WML? That was my philosophy anyway.
Nonsense, Live the dream Tom!

angeldelight: right on. Although I'd amend that to "wap is expensive crap", considering it costs 10p a minute on my phone.

Angeldelight, "Wap is crap" is actually a telecoms industry buzzphrase.
They've always known it sucks, but they were genuinely surprised that Joe Public didn't gobble it up like a bag of Haribo.
They're now looking to drive 3G using free porn. This may work. It certainly hasn't harmed Broadband...

Word: The HTML Killer.
That could be a horror movie.

It wouldn't be very good though.
It could be a line from a geeky rap song.
