Let's all post a recipe! I'll start.

Sex on the beach :

4/5 Icecubes
2 measures of vodka
2 measures of archers
and then fill the rest of the glass with half a glass over orange and half cranberry juice.

I shall be drinking many of these tonight!

1/4 bottle of Blue Vodka
1 bottle of champagne
2 cans of red bull
and fill the jug with ice and cranberry.

Bobs yer uncle, you are gassed within 1 hour of drinking. Lovely so it is.

Other drinks that my mates take credit for inventing:

The Ten pound special (believe me it will cost more than £10)

one pint glass
8 shots of vodka
one can of redbull

try to beat my record of three of these in four hours.


The Turbo Shandy:

One pint glass
half a stella
one bottle of Metz

(for lesser results use an inferior lager and smirnoff ice)


The Crazy Vimto:

One pint glass
Ice
one shot of port

I think this one is available and done the rounds now but it was my award winning cocktail at the Barman of the Year Contest 2000 (i didn't win, but got to the regional finals)

Parafin

1 shot glass
red aftershock
blue aftershock
baileys

in order of what was listed, pour 1 shot of each over a teaspoon into a shot glass (the tea spoon layers the spirits). The baileys will then seep through it all giving the appearance of a parafin flame in the baileys.

It's sweet and it burns, i love it :)

Berry Cosmopolitan


3 (1.75 liter) bottles Skyy vodka
blackberries
raspberries
juice of fresh lime
cranberry juice
Harlequin citrus liqueur


In a large glass container, pour three 1.75 liters of Skyy vodka and add 1/2 flat of "bush berries" which are a cross between blackberries and raspberries. Let sit for a week in wine cellar that is kept at a constant 55 degrees. After a week, strain the liquid through a sieve and gently presses the bush berries to extract the remaining juice. The resulting infusion is not filtered; the tiny bits of fruit add color and flavor, but the sieve is fine enough to prevent any seeds from coming through.

The resulting infusion is combined with the fresh lime juice, cranberry juice and harlequin (which I prefer over Cointreau).
