I just had a can of Dr Pepper, shortly afterwards a bloke came down and stuck me with sorting out the Piccadilly line Ring-seal fibre. Those adverts weren't lying after all.

I had a cough and drank some tea with some honey. I'd usually go with cream and sugar, but the cream is bad bad for the cough and sugar just can't stand alone for me. And it's over 100 degrees here so the hot tea doesn't get too much action.
Mmmm. Just had another cup of tea.
I had 3 cups of instant coffee and a cappucino (sp?) today. That's quite bad isn't it?
