Nov, Thanks ever so much for all the lovely stuff you sent me. It really cheered me up. I went home for lunch and it was sitting on the kitchen table waiting for me!

I've got the heart necklace on and its soooo nice!

I also think its bought me good luck as simon and I went to view a flat at lunchtime and we have fallen in love with it!

if the owner can wait till mid of sept - then yeah!! I love it so much! Its brand new and its right on the river with a balcony and a private wine bar situated in the complex!

Well, this studio flat is £750 a month. Its a bit expensive for a studio - but its a flipping lovely place to live.

I'm waiting for the geezer from the estate agents to call. Another black mark againest me is that I smoke and the owner may not like that in his posh new pad!

Could do i suppose. I don't know what to do. I've just had a chat with Si as another estate agent has called me and said hes got a studio at £575 pm, and I may be able to have a cat in this one... We are viewing it on Saturday morning.

Its turning into a bloody nightmare!

Do I go live with the posh ppl without a cat and be really skint all the time- or do I go live in an ok place with a lovely little kitten ( that I've already called Big Nose)that I can afford??

Ans rosie, I would go for the cheap place cos I am cheap, plus I don't beleive a studio flat is worth over £400 a month maximum :)

yeah. Think of it like this. If it was your mortgage then the posh place would be a nice investment but all you're gonna do is line the pockets of your landlord and the bar downstairs. And come on Rosie, its a wine bar, they officially suck ass.
