I left the office at 4:45 in the pissing rain with no jacket or umbrella. Got to Waterloo East at around 4:55. I then stood with the rain starting and stopping for the next 1 hour 10 mins waiting for a train as there was a fire and points problems at London Bridge. They then shut off the other 3 platforms at Waterloo east and asked EVERY fucker in the rush hour to go to the 1 platform. This was highly dangerous and it looked as though I would have to wait another 30 minutes at least for my train to come through. Then Id have to fight to get on it as it was already packed from charring cross.

So I thought "fuck it" and went to the pub and watched the first half of the Exeter and Daggers match (watching Gary Coleman getting fouled was terrible). The trains were still screwed when I got back to the platform just after 9.

I then caught some of The Usual Suspects but woke up having missed the end.

So all in all pretty shite.

No idea why. I always wanted to smoke Lucky Strikes, though.. not cause of the 1 in 100 marketing ploy (best viral marketing EVER!), but cause they look cool...

I quite like Marlboro Reds. Although I find Silk Cuts unsatisfying unless you tightly wrap a rizla round the filter to cover the holes. Not that it's very effective or anything :(

Apparently, in the olden days, like, the 50's, one Lucky Strike in every 100 would contain marajuana. However, it's a total lie made up by the Lucky Strikes marketing board to get teenagers into Lucky Strikes.

I'd much rather have a roll-up than a proper fag these days. Marlboro Lights are so dry and disgusting. Berkeley Menthol Superkings are pretty funny, and also cheap.

You get two sections so you can keep half the box fresher than the rest. I bought some in a moment of desperation in London as thats all the hotel sold. They weren't too bad. Shouldn't be for the price either! Quite glad to see the Hotel only made a 4p premium on their fiver
