It's not a shit rule. Think about it - let's say, for example, Austria (where Arnie comes from) sponsors a 9/11 style attack on America and kills lots of innocent Americans. Where does Arnie stand? He's an American citizen, but his homeland is Austria. Does he declare war against his homeland? Forget it never happened? There's a conflict of interests, which for any leader in charge, is a very bad thing indeed.

Well my dad did have a laptop which I played Wolf 3d I can't remember those times very well though, it might have been before or after our first PC.

I got a little book on programming games on my speccy, never could be bothered to finish them
