1. It's My Birthday on Friday.
2. Homeworld 2 has come out on the PC. I urge you to play it.
3. This is my Amazon Wish List. No reason for posting it, and definatly nothing to do with Thing #1.
4. For those of you that used to go to Sharnbrook Upper School, you may be interested in this.

i was a bit confused that "Finding Nemo -- LeapPad Interactive Book" and an Iron were on his wishlist.

On the other hand, it was a relief to find Dido not on my wishlist ;)

Whats the iron all about?? Surely an Iron is for life? or maybe I haven't owned one long enough for it to break on me???

Chay was meant to say "an L Ron". He's a devout Scientologist and is currently trying to complete his collection of L Ron Hubbard books.

Friday: You've probably already told us this, but what is the story behind your company's name??
Posted by Grim..., 13:57, 30th September 2003:

Um, don't you come from Africa?
Cake sharing could be tricky...

This is going to be one of those conversations where I lose the plot coz ur all posting too fast - anyway...

AP - I was making a whats on diary, wanted to call it Watson, but thought not many people would get it, and then I saw it, the Friday lunchtime onwards apathy at work and increased volume of interest to know who is going out where, so I called it Friday.

People actually think its quite funny when I tell them I am from Friday.

Grim - Im not from Africa, I just live here..
Posted by chandler, 14:14, 30th September 2003:

friday if youd called it Watson then i think lots of people would get it. but Friday is a better name. :)

It's like that really annoying advert in Wales a few years back, where a talking telly with a Welsh accent would say "I'm Watson! Watson Telly!". Then I think Neil Jenkins kicked the fucker.

ha ha AP, that was funny

chandler, no, people whose first language is not English, would not get it, but I liked the name Watson, but I admit I like Friday much more!!
