You should drink water as it hydrates your brain - or something. Thats why you have a headache, your brain is dried up by the alcohol.

here they are open any time of day, not all are called pubs though, some are bottle stores or drinking dens (not that I have ever been in a drinking den) they sell home made brews of maize and other things. The beer looks gross, but don't taste that bad.

A bottle of choccy milk and a packet of salt and vinegar crisps always worked for me.
You need to hydrate yourself and bring your sugar and salt levels up

Alcohol deprives you of vitamin B. That contributes to the headache portion of the hangover.

I recommend taking a B complex vitamin.
