Skateboarding at 26?

I didn't realise you needed to be of a certain age?

Vic,

Can't argue with that!

Did you swap any surplus ammo for moonshine to celebrate?
Posted by Victor Menendez, 09:46, 30th October 2003:

No, there were several hundred other squaddies there so we just went down the bar.

At least there was some drinks involved. I dont know if I can be arsed going to hospital.

I've got a feeling I will end up witing there for 4 hours to be given a pain killer and a tubi grip!

I concur

Thankyou Friday & Sul. Once my ankle and foot decide to stop swelling and I can actually walk again I will carry on. At the moment I have to hop everywhere so it's a bit difficult.

Thanks folks. Looks like I might need to be going to hospital though. My ankle keeps swelling, pretty sure it's broken now. DAMN.

Hapy Birthday
Posted by bored at work, 15:36, 30th October 2003:

I wouldn't be too bothered about going to the hospital if I had a beer or something, bad bit is I cant drive, cant walk, even if I could I live in a village with no off license anyway. My old man is out somewhere and there is no one to go to the shop for me. It's all looking lame so far. What should I do?

Use the t'interweb, ask Safeway/Asda to deliver booze to you.
Posted by bored at work, 15:59, 30th October 2003:

Good idea. I could always ring my old man on his mobile and get him to get me some on his way back from wherever he is. Dunno though, I reckon if I wait until he gets back he may bring some anyway? Got a sainsburies they deliver don't they?

Got a beer at long last! past 7:00pm for the first celebratory beer, that is a poor show indeed.
