I hope they sue the fuckers into oblivion. Reality fucking TV? What's realistic about that? Bascially you can fool anyone if you set out to, and you have enough resources. It's just like Candid Camera and (God help me) Beadle's About, but the stings are getting more sophisticated. I always wanted to see some irate victim punch Jeremy Beadle's lights out on camera, or drive HIS car into a canal. One of these days some victim is going to have a fatal heart attack during one of these progs and it'll serve the production company right if they go out of business as a result and those responsible end up in jail.

They should have learned their lesson when that guy was killed doing a stunt in Noel Edmond's prog.

It's a tough one. You need to see their contract first to see if they've done anything that they weren't informed about. In law, if you sign a contract that says I want you to paint yourself green and walk around naked and you sign it and then don't do it, that's breach of contract regardless of how silly the contract is.

If they have been duped though, they have a good case, especially for sexual assault. Possibly the only thing that can ruin it is a charge of assault occasioning actual bodily harm on the producer where the guy could perhaps plead diminshed resposibilty.

But if the contract says that this is what they were letting themselves in for, they won't have a leg to stand on.

It wouldn't work very well if she had a beard though would it. Tis an amusing concept but reall scraping the barrel if that's what the are showing on Sky 1.
