Cool story, I particularly like the utopian society. I have always dreamed of being able to redesign society. My ideas differ from the one in the story as I have limited myself to more attainable technology. One idea I think I share with the author is that as long as there is a monetary system there will always be a subclass.

It's a nice idea for a story but it's a pity the whole thing is one long infodump, infodump gives me a headache.
