Every morning, it is bootcamp starting from my house which includes:

cold shower (whatever the weather)
coffee strong without sugar
cigarette
repeated attempts for the boys to put their school clothes on
stopping the puppy from biting my toes
stopping the puppy from biting the childrens toes
stopping the puppy from biting the kittens toes
organise our nanny with jobs for the day

march to work including a 2 minute march to the bus
stragegic analysis of said buses roadworthy condition
sometimes sitting on half a seat on the bus and making everyone laugh by saying "Isn't the fair half price, coz I only have half a seat?"
another march (downhill this time) to my office
more coffee
start work
all day long includes finger exercises on the keyboard

strenuous, (in this heat) I can tell you!

hello Rosie! Yes I will, but Im having a problemo with my digital camera, will do one asap

she is the cutest thing, looks like a rottweiler, but is not one, but then again could be, by the way she bites everyones toes!
