The great paper 'Metro' has provided the news that red haired people are becoming extinct. Do we take this as sad news and mate like rabbits with them to stop their species from the brink of doom? Or do we shrug and thank whatever god you worship for his/her/their almighty good works?

I have a ginger with freckles at home. Why is it that true gingers also suffer with terrible asthma as well?

Does your ginger also have eczema? This usually goes hand in hand with the asthma.
I have asthma, tho never thought it could be 'cause I'm a redhead!

Because they're gentically flawed which may be a contributory factor to their impending demise. I personally won't lose any sleep over the idea of their being no more Chris Evans types.

Actually no, you're right, I knew a ginger girl who used to steal things from me for the sake of it then just leave them somewhere.. She recently married a guy that hits her and had his baby.. she's the biggest mentalist i've ever met.. apart from the anorexic blonde girl who tried to commit suicide in the school toilets with plastic canteen cutlery, although i suspect she was ginger but dyed it blonde

Although the subject of redheads has brung back memories of my bastardly past when a blonde girl asked me out and I told her pretty much "no way" unless she dyed her hair red. She did though, bless her.

Two of my favorite girlfriends were redheads.

One was named Heather and she was the most beautiful girl I ever dated. (don't tell my exwife this) I might have a pic somewhere. I'll have to dig around in my stuff in the attic and scan it though. She was very nice, but dumped me. No hard feelings though. Her family had to move because her father was transfered to another part of the country.

I also dated a girl named Jenny who had red hair. I have a pic somewhere on my other computer. I'll upload it somewhere and post it. Jenny looked a lot like Dana Scully on X-Files. Gillian Anderson.. I'll post the picture and let you be the judge of that.. I dumped her. (long story which I don't care to repeat)

Apparantly the ginger gene has a higher occurance in scots (1 in 5) which links to a higher specific cancer rate.. but one of the modern medical mysteries is WHY there's a higher ginger rate in scottish people? (Points to inbreeding, from what I'm told, *ahem half scottish* *ahem*)
