Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to tell everyone that I am a big Michael Jackson fan and that I heard a wonderful special of Michael Jackson’s hits, a great radio show, on

If you want to celebrate his career thru his music, this special is great to listen to. Tell me if you like it.

I heard the DEA did a raid on his house. They found class A in his kitchen, class B in his lounge, and class 2c were in his bedroom!
Eoogh! Ickey! But potentially true...?!

On a similar note, I realised t'other day that 'Robot Wars' is a programme aimed at sex offenders, containing sex offenders in competition, and is presented by a Scouse sex offender. There may be a theme here. I think the theme is robots.

Brock, I think you've missed the word 'drugs' out of your joke.
Twice.

But you don't need to use the word 'drugs' though. It's pretty much assumed what 'Class A' means. Or maybe I know too many scallies and fuckheads.

Thanks AP.
Did kind of assume that the reference to the DRUG enforcement agency would have set the scene...
Oh well. Here's an easier one for you..
Why did the chicken cross the park?
To get to the other slide...
Presented by a sex offender? No its not, all charges were dropped, it was someone making up rumours.
Posted by
Grim..., 15:34, 1st December 2003:
It still should have been "Class A's".
Posted by
Brock, 15:48, 1st December 2003:
Only if there were more than one example. As in this example "there were Class A drugs in there" as opposed to "there were several containers of drugs, including some Class A's" etc. etc. ad infinitum, ad nauseum and probably ad tedium!
Shall we stop fighting now? Never sure how argumentative I can get with you guys before you stop taking it in a decent vein. (NOT a drug reference!). After all I am a relative newbie.
I see nobody has raised the point that this is the fiftieth time the class 4c joke has been told in a week.

and if anyone is accused and then cleared, they should be cleared, not have it hanging round their necks forever.
with jacko it's different cos last time it didnt even make it to trial, they just paid the family off.

Just to be all serious, it does piss me off that we get to know all over the papers what various (celebs and normal folk) are being accused of before they are tried, cos their name has been released/leaked.
Why is some sweaty journalist from a red-top paper better qualified to decide the guilt of someone more than 12 Jurors, a judge and legal representation? Particularly if their badly written and sensationalist crap results in some piece of sub-human shite getting off because they "can't get a fair trial due to the media coverage".
In these instances i think the editor and the story writer should serve the jail term that the guy just escaped from...

In a nice fluffy,
fascist, homophobic, racist, sexist way.
What Brock said is one of my pet peeves, the way somebody can just make an accusation for the hell of it to piss someone off, and it ruins their career and reputation for the rest of their lives, even if they did not do it, like the Craig Charles example, some idiot decided to say he sexually assaulted her, and now, like 10 years on, people are still saying he did it, and he lost his job at the time. But the person who made the false claim get no punishment, nobody even knows who she is now.
Exactly the same as John Leslie.

According to my paper, he bailed himself out of jail, then bought a new place in Beverly Hills which overlooks a playground. way to help yourself MJ.
Um, but Michael Jackson has no more been found guilty of sex crime than Lister, surely?
They both had allegations of sexual abuse leveled upon them. But neither has ever been found guilty by 12 Jurors, a judge and legal representation...
But what would you do if it was one of your kids with sprem in their anas?
Sue for Fifteen Million Dollars of course.

I work for Michael Jackson and he is a very nice guy.But believe me if I would had saw anything his ass would have been in jail years ago.
That's actually one of the best efforts i've seen in a long time, Nice use of capitals, Believe is spelt correctly, But the first full stop should be a comma and it should be 'had seen anything'.
Unless you mean for old MJ to have an unfortunate carpentry accident, and lets face it, with a face like his that can't be ruled out.
Oh and BTW, you have a massive arse, your boyfriend is a wooden personality-free zone and you are nowhere near as talented as you think you are.
Posted by
Brock, 16:14, 11th January 2004:
Also, the 'would' is nonsensical. Should have been left out.
But it would appear that we are starting to attract a better educated, paedophile-defending kind of punter to iamcal. Not sure that is a good thing, but at least it's mildly less irritating, and easier on the eyes.
I was also going to say it's interesting that she would have jailed just his 'ass' (by which I assume she meant arse), but then it occured to me that there are probably very many ex-MJ appendages in the world somewhere, given the rate he chops things off to look more like Liz Taylor.
Freak.

...which reminds me of the rumour that Jacko's white skin actually came from skin grafts from Miss Taylor's derriere*. I'm guessing she ballooned in weight to be able to provide enough skin to cover his whole body.

There's a chance I may have made this up myself

That would be pretty good actually. I would love to have a piece of my bum skin removed and grafted on to Jacko's face. It would then be possible for me to claim, rightly, that Jacko is speaking out of my arse.
My god.
"Just to be all serious, it does ... In these instances i think the editor and the story writer should serve the jail term that the guy just escaped from..."
Surely.. are you actually being serious?!
But yeah. MJ is an alleged paedophile, not a paedophile. That's jumping to conclusions just as much as the Papers and the people who assume he's "definitily inercant"
regardless of whether current charges are proven or not, he's a loon that dangled his kid out of a window like a cabbage patch kid. that was enough for me. if that had of happened on a council estate in hackney, social services would have taken those kids away and justly so

Brock, 23:53, 12th January 2004:
Doc. I realise the unrealistic nature of the statement. But yes, I am serious. The irresponsible reporting of all the details of a criminal investigation
before the trial can lead guilty people to claim the unlikelyhood of a fair trial, no matter how damning the evidence. People have got off or had reduced sentences on this defence alone. We have to do something to enforce a sense of culpability and responsibility to these idiot hacks that just want the sensationalist story, at the expense of proper justice.
I don't think that the coverage of MJ is just and/or fair for precisely that reason. It doesn't mean (and this is the problem) that there isn't enough perceived proof or information to form a (right or wrong) opinion. Bet you a doughnut Jacko uses his fame in some way to imply that he has been badly treated. or can't get a fair trial...
No, fair enough. But then, would we even know that Michael Jackson had been arrested if the media were not allowed to report it. The very nature of a newspaper is that they could simply report "Michael Jackson arrested and charged with child abuse and widespread spremming", and the public would make up their minds already whether he's guilty or not. Stuff like the Star showing his "secret bedroom plastered with pictures of semi-naked kids" (??!!) does bias the coverage, true. But to what extent should the pres be censored?
I hear that MJ has already claimed that he was mistreated. If anyone can find any evidence of this, you can have your doughnut.
Posted by
Brock, 18:44, 13th January 2004:
Can I have my doughnut and eat it? Or is that not allowed?
I may be getting confused...
It should be censored/self govern if it could affect the due process of law and justice.
I just got an e-mail containing a picture of Steve Irwin dangling his baby in front of Michael Jackson.
It made me laugh.
That is all.

I find it funny that they hype up their 'obvious' guilt, then when they get a light sentence due to the overriding press coverage of the trial and pre-trial procedure, then the press condemn the justice system for being too lenient. Maybe if the press reported the facts without injecting nearly so much emotion and bias in to them, then the case would be heard fairly and the guilty sentenced correctly.
