Title: The Soul Sessions
Artist: Joss Stone
Rating: 5/5

Joss Stone is fucking fantastic. Her voice is amazing, and it's hard to believe that it's coming out of a 16 year old girl from Devon (she's v. finnnnnnnnnne aswell).

The Soul Sessions is a cover CD of, believe it not, Soul/Jazz music.

Offical website here : www.s-curverecords.com/joss/

More on her here : www.bbc.co.uk/devon/music/2003/joss_ston...

She's big in the US, although wierdly not that huge here yet - mark my words, she will be in the music business for a while..

Was going to drag this thread up about a month ago, actually. I heartily concur. Absolutely stunning voice.

Would recommend it to anyone that likes anyhting remotely blues/soul/motown etc.

Go and get it! She's great!

yeah i'll give you the voice, buit sometime i just don't feel any soul behind it. something about it feels a teeny tiny bit formulaic

Dan Ackroyd does an awesome rendition of "My Way".
