Preparing for pop-flame, but I thought he was quite good this morning, and the opening song was fantastic.

If you missed it (by accident or deliberatly) you can listen to it by clicking here (I think - let me know if it works).

I like Moyles, think he's very ammusing, although as i'm in London this week I missed the first show. What did he open with?

Or just tell me? Anyhow, I'm on my laptop and don't have any headphones with me at work!

A song probably called something like 'The Chris Moyles Show'.

Moyles's quite pleased with himself, don't you think?

Didn't they get rid of Moyles because he was crap and was losing listeners? That's a good reason to bring him back.

He's not funny. I prefer XFM but only because my mate reads the news.

They didn't get rid of him at all - he got promoted to the Breakfast show. I can't wait till Cox has her baby, looking forward to her being off the air for a while.

I listen to people tell me how good Chris Moyles is and then laugh at them

Two of my friends do the news on t'radio (large stations, like). They both are 'good with colours' too. Is this common?

Good with colours?

I've got to ask - what does 'Good with colours' have to do with shopping?

Do you mean Photoshopping?
Posted by cal, 16:13, 7th January 2004:

he means they're gay. thus good a picking out colors for rooms, shopping, etc.

or perhaps he means female?

Cal got it right first time.

Ooh, well, learn a new stereotype every day =]
Posted by arsepuppy, 16:15, 7th January 2004:

Just seems weird that newsreading on the radio is seemingly a popular career among the gay people I know.

That and airline cabin staff =]
Posted by arsepuppy, 16:20, 7th January 2004:

That's so they can be 'light on their feet'.....

Chris isn't gay. I think his girlie will confirm that. And he's no good with colours but he reads the news well. Hence the job. Otherwise I'd have said "my friend is an interior designer on XFM".
