Discussion » So, This Intro Forum Is Obsolete Now?

This is a read-only copy. The forum ran on iamcal.com from 2000 until its database was lost in 2016, and this topic was rebuilt from copies saved by the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine. Some replies may be missing.

Now Goatse has gone, there shouldn't be any need for any forums to be moderated, should there?

I've had to resort to trolling with pics from fatchicksinpartyhats.com. It's just not the same.

Anyway, good day to you people from sunny Brazil.

The Intro forum will still be going strong until about 75 years from Michael Jackson's death. Trust me on this.

And Hello.

There are many more idiots in the world than just those who can summon up the ability to post goatse.cx links. cinebunk79's post here records precisely why moderation is important. Because as long as you let people go on the Internet unchecked, there will be illiterate idiots who post vapid, moronic posts. We must ensure that they become approved members and the Jacko apologists do not.

To be honest, I was kind of hoping to find somewhere to discuss Michael Jackson. I'm very disappointed.
