I've been using this windows HEX editor for several years and it is fantastic. If you need to look at files in HEX mode - Especially large files - then this is the best HEX editor that I have found.

The program is called WINHEX.

The latest version documentation states that it can open a file as large as 2000 Gigabytes. I have never had a file that large, but I have opened files files around 200 Gigabytes. The program can handle ASCII/EBCDIC and lets you do inplace editing of a file.

There are too many features for me to list here so check it out if you have a need for a HEX editor.
