There is a line between irritation and a ban. It's quite easy to find someone irritating, but that doesn't necessarily mean that you want a ban intigated.

We don't necessarily know each other personally, but we tend to (through time) learn people's real names, find out what they do, what they look like, etc. I suppose it's like in some way Cal's utopian vision of the 'online community'. We try to avoid the coldness of anonymity between regular posters, and personally, I like to know who I'm chatting to after a while.
Case in point: the 'Alfie' thing. Now, I think Chay's a really cool guy but I'd rather he be honest about his return from the start rather than maintaining the charade (I now realise why he did it though). That's why I was determined to make him admit it was him. Call me paranoid if you like, but that's the way it is.
