yes thank you - not a lot but we do have snow here and (apparently) plenty more on the way!!!

I'm quite jealous of you guys that you get snow. We don't get any. We had freak snow in Johannesburg in about 1981 I think, and we all rushed out immediately and made snowmen and had snowball fights. It was such fun! I think it snows on the Drakensburg and Lesotho mountains, but other than that - 0

'taint snowing here, but it's bloody cold and windy. Traffic is disrupted because the Labour Party Conference is in town. And the underfloor heating doesn't extend to where I am at the end of the building. Cobblers.

"'Tective man he say, say daddy-me-snow me stab someone down the lane,

A-lickey bum-bum down."

Nearly all the words to that damn song are still locked in my subconcious and won't go away. :(
Every time I hear it I can sing along and get lynched by any passing strangers, and soundly abused by my friends. Why won't my brain just keep the stuff that I want in there, and not fill up with shit?

I regret that I am unable to divulge my working location because of the restrictions of the Official Secrets Act. 'Secret Government Bunker' is a clue, but also more than I should reveal, really.

Load of old bunkum more like.
