Go here:
www.lavasoftusa.com and download the free version of Ad-Aware and scan your machine. Ad-Aware should get rid of it and any other spyware/adware on your machine. :)
Since this is a "Help Me!" thread, I was wondering if anyone knew why everything on my computer lists in reverse alphabetical order?!? Such as in a File -> Open dialogue, or control panel, or pretty much anyting actually! Very weird...

Hmm. That is a weird one. It's easily solved, though. In the Open dialog, right-click anywhere in the window and choose Arrange Icons By -> Name. That should reorder them in the correct alphabetical order (do it again to reorder them in reverse alphabetical order).

Or: click on the bar at the top of the window with 'Name ' on it, so the arrow points the other way?
Certain windows don't have that. Mr. Point-out-the-obvious-in-case-perclissigi-is-a-dumbass.
And no matter how many times i change it in those that do, it always defaults to z,y,x,w,v...

In Grim...'s defense, Perci. You
are a dumbass.
No... I'm just a bit dappy, a bit blonde perhaps. But then it's all relative. Take a look at the posts in the intro section, then come back and call me a dumbass again. :p

If you didn't figure out Arrange Icons | By name, then you
are a dumbass, and it's quite likely that you didn't know you could do what I told you.
But, fair enough, self-depravating cartoon coming up...
I did know that, 'twas the first thing i tried :P so there.
Nice cartoon though.

perc: set up a folder like you want it, then "Tools" -> "Folder Options..." from the menu, choose the "View" tab and click "Apply to All Folders". then click ok, and close the explorer window using the 'x' icon in the upper right *whilst* holding down the "Ctrl" key
