There's something that has intrigued me since I found this, this little er...insane asylum. WHY does it say "Do Not Provoke Gary"
Posted by Gary, 15:13, 1st April 2004:

It's just a little in joke between Cal and myself. :)
Posted by Uma, 15:14, 1st April 2004:

You're not a serial killer or anything are you?
Posted by Brock, 15:52, 1st April 2004:

Yeah, he is. He can finish off a box of frosties inside 5 minutes.

Scary to watch, I can tell you.

Jokes aside, can I ask you some stuff about yourself Gary?
Posted by Gary, 15:59, 1st April 2004:

You could probably find out all you want to know about me (not everything, mind) by reading my site: www.gaznet.com - but sure, ask away...

Ask about his political beliefs! ;)

Thanks sul, always nice to get help from you, but i would have preferred and more personal touch
Posted by Gary, 16:13, 1st April 2004:

Ok, I'm 22 and happily single. I graduated from Uni (same one as Cal) in 2002 and have been looking for a 'proper' job ever since. I currently work part-time at this horrible place, which was only supposed to be a small job to help pay for things through Uni but has now become seemingly inescapable!
Posted by Gary, 16:14, 1st April 2004:

Sul: And you can fuck off as well, cunt! ;)
Posted by Uma, 16:19, 1st April 2004:

Okay, and what are you doing at Safeway and what did you study at Uni? Sorry, I'm nosy. I can't help it
Posted by arsepuppy, 16:25, 1st April 2004:

bleh
Posted by Gary, 16:28, 1st April 2004:

Hmm. I've noticed that about you, Uma. I studied a Computer Science course and ended up with a degree in Computing.
Posted by arsepuppy, 16:34, 1st April 2004:

How's that then?
Posted by Gary, 16:36, 1st April 2004:

Not sure really. It was a Computer Science course but there was never an actual Computer Science degree to study for! I blame the shit hole I studied at.
Posted by Gary, 16:38, 1st April 2004:

If I remember correctly, there were three routes: Computing, Business Information Technology (yuk!) and Software Engineering (which Cal did). I'm not the world's best programmer, and BIT would of bored me to death, so I plumped for generic Computing. In hindsight, this was probably mistake.
Posted by arsepuppy, 16:39, 1st April 2004:

BIT/BIS is the Devil's work. As is Software Engineering, where the students look like hybrid cloning experiments gone wrong in my uni at least, that is.

*whooosh* I just get comp-u-tah. It's all the same to me...
Posted by Gary, 16:53, 1st April 2004:

BIT/BIS is the Devil's work.

Indeed. That's one thing we can both agree on! :)

Posted by Uma, 18:31, 1st April 2004:

What do you do? Sorry, may have missed the thread where you said...i do try and do some work as well. At the moment it's 10% work; 89% mucking about on the internet. Soon I won't have a job either if I keep this up.
Posted by kaila, 19:05, 1st April 2004:
