Canada embarks on mass seal hunt
Posted by Abe Frohman, 10:17, 13th April 2004:

New people: this is funny on several levels, one of which is an In-joke for Arsepuppy. The other is the image of Cal roaming the beach with a baseball bat.

God, that is awful.

So, this baby seal walks into a club.
Posted by Abe Frohman, 10:45, 13th April 2004:

well done.

Posted by Brock, 10:52, 13th April 2004:

I mean. It's not like you do that every time, is it?

/smacks head.
Posted by syl, 10:53, 13th April 2004:

right. sorry
Posted by Brock, 10:59, 13th April 2004:

You want to be careful with that. Cos Sul has Admin access, and he could have gone in and edited your post for you.

This wouldn't be so bad, but the "edit someone else's post" button is right next to the "Ban their stupid arse" button. And with the DT's that Sul will normally have at this time of the morning, I reckon anything might happen...
Posted by Abe Frohman, 11:00, 13th April 2004:

See, It's not just me.
Posted by syl, 11:00, 13th April 2004:

He don't need no DT's to ban my arse, Brocklesiepoop
Posted by Sul, 11:01, 13th April 2004:

Just to make it clear:

I DONT HAVE ADMIN ACCESS

I'll grant that the reason why everyone thinks I do is an ambiguous post of mine but that's only because it got a little out of control and the original point got missed. Sorry.
Posted by Brock, 11:02, 13th April 2004:

Flirting won't save you. How shallow do you think Sul is?....

Oh. Wait.
Posted by Brock, 11:02, 13th April 2004:

(Don't spoil the gag, fuckface)
Posted by syl, 11:05, 13th April 2004:

How come it's more fun to bash syl than a baby seal? You bastards ;)
Posted by Sul, 11:05, 13th April 2004:

I dont want people fearing me for my iamcal admin status. I want people to fear me for me. Call me an old romantic but that's how I think it should work
Posted by syl, 11:06, 13th April 2004:

I fear you. I fear you.
Posted by Brock, 11:06, 13th April 2004:

You may want to change you profile pic then. No one fears a white Mickey Mouse.
Posted by Brock, 11:08, 13th April 2004:

Syl: Because although beating helpless, stupid and pointless creatures is wrong, it's fun.

See, if seals were stupid too, we'd pick on them instead!
Posted by syl, 11:11, 13th April 2004:

How can you say that seals are pointless? That's just mean

do not fear...i did that one right. promise
Posted by syl, 11:17, 13th April 2004:

Um. I'm not meant to be here anyway. But there's another pubic holiday tomorrow, so that we can all go and vote, so today it feels silly to be working.

before you crap on me WarHead. I know. I know. I'm going....
Posted by WarHead, 12:44, 13th April 2004:

Me? Would I? As it was probably your lunch break, I'd have let it go just this once, even though I know you love it when I do the 'masterful disciplinarian' thing with you.
Posted by Foghorn Leghorn, 12:47, 13th April 2004:

I read yesterday in some big-fuck-off paper that they skin the poor fellows alive. What? Why?

Surely this is basically just being cruel?!
Posted by Sul, 12:54, 13th April 2004:

That sounds like crap. It's my understanding that they bludgeon or shoot them to death first.
Posted by Foghorn Leghorn, 13:06, 13th April 2004:

Well I didnt want to believe it but it was in the papers. Anyway, kill the lot, they are eating all the Cod and i love a bit of cod.
Posted by Alfie, 13:10, 13th April 2004:

I thought it was all the over fishing that was helping to kill all the Cod.
In which case we should be killing the Cod eating public.
Posted by Sul, 13:20, 13th April 2004:

Why do debates about Cod always lead to violence? WHY?!!
Posted by Foghorn Leghorn, 13:23, 13th April 2004:

No, the seals are eating the Cod. So, kill the seals so we can eat the Cod.

Oh, wait a minute..why not eat the Seals? Anyone ever had Seal? Does it taste like chicken?

Did you watch The Golden Child Sul?
Posted by Sul, 13:29, 13th April 2004:

I watch most of it but when the crazy guy from big trouble in little china turned up in tibet and started bringing the cuss down on Eddie I got bored. Not nearly as good as you hyped it to be.
Posted by Foghorn Leghorn, 13:30, 13th April 2004:

Its a class film!
Posted by Foghorn Leghorn, 13:31, 13th April 2004:

The girl in it is a babe, nice wet t-shirt shot if i remember clearly.
Posted by Abe Frohman, 13:33, 13th April 2004:

Yeah, I may have hyped it up a bit TBH.

Foggy raises a good point though.
Posted by Foghorn Leghorn, 13:38, 13th April 2004:

Talking of films, I watched Kill Bill recently. I thought it was very good, wasnt to sure about the cartoon bit, although I did like the massive amount of blood used in the cartoon.

has anyone else seen this? And what did you think?
Posted by Sul, 13:38, 13th April 2004:

Ah, you see, I missed the all important wet t-shirt shot. The making of a film can be that one scene featuring a lovely lady in a clingy see-through wet t-shirt.
Posted by Abe Frohman, 13:42, 13th April 2004:

Not seen it. I watched 'Master and Commander' the other day though, that was pretty good.
Posted by Foghorn Leghorn, 13:42, 13th April 2004:

It was at the begininng, where Eddie goes into the biker gangs house. She is told to stay in the car, but doesnt. Instead she kicks ass and then gets her T-shirt wet. Obviously you watched fuck all of it.
Posted by Foghorn Leghorn, 13:43, 13th April 2004:

Abe, was it? /I thought it looked boring, well one of those films that is good for about 1 hr then you lose interest.
Posted by Abe Frohman, 13:45, 13th April 2004:

Nah, we stick it to the dastardly french (note insulting use of lower case) that's gotta be a good film.
Posted by Sul, 13:45, 13th April 2004:

Well, quite, yes. How the fuck did I miss that? Oh thats right. I may have turned over to coupling for 15 minutes or so.
Posted by Alfie, 13:52, 13th April 2004:

I think we all know how Mr Frohman feels about that show
Posted by Foghorn Leghorn, 14:07, 13th April 2004:

What show? Coupling? Dont think I have ever seen it. Whats it about?
Posted by Alfie, 14:22, 13th April 2004:

Railway carriages
Posted by Abe Frohman, 14:22, 13th April 2004:

It's a bit shit.
Posted by Foghorn Leghorn, 14:23, 13th April 2004:

Railway carriages? Chay, shut it.
Posted by Alfie, 14:25, 13th April 2004:

Don't you mean "ShuNt it"?
Posted by Foghorn Leghorn, 14:26, 13th April 2004:

wahahahaha...eh, no, I meant shut it.
Posted by Foghorn Leghorn, 14:37, 13th April 2004:

I actually just read the article you linked to Abe, what about that trumpet Paris Hilton, can that girl be more of an a-hole?
Posted by Abe Frohman, 14:40, 13th April 2004:

I like Coupling (the TV show), so ner. Geoff is me favourite character. That episode with the Israeli girl and the subtitles was class.
Posted by Alfie, 22:47, 13th April 2004:

Geoff is the best character
he isnt in the next series cos he wanted to move on
this means that the series is likely to be 87% less funny
Posted by WarHead, 23:42, 13th April 2004:

Shit. That will rip the core out of it.
Posted by Alfie, 00:00, 14th April 2004:

i expect they intend a geoff replacement, someone very similar to geoff in the lines he gets but maybe a slightly different character.
Posted by WarHead, 00:18, 14th April 2004:

Hmm, we'll have to wait and see if that works.

"This wouldn't be so bad, but the "edit someone else's post" button is right next to the "Ban their stupid arse" button"

Cool. You've just inspired me to remake the admin interface for bbCity.
