Don't post the same thing twice. that will help in the popularity stakes.

Or put it about a bit.

(only do this if you are a chick)

Sell chewing gum to all the smokers behind the bike sheds. You can only mark a packet of fags up by about 50p, but you can get 25p per stick of gum, when a whole pack only costs 30p!

Much better profit!

/Grim... - always had enough money for chips at school

Dude - there's at least two question marks there.

Whinging bastard. You dont fit in for a reason. *banned*

No way man, you can get 40p a fag if you market them right... that's one heck of a profit margin...

Brock: For fuck's sake. (?)
Posted by Brock, 22:58, 9th May 2004:

Hmmm. Not sure about that. It's not necessarily posessive of the 'fuck' is it? The 'fuck' not being an object/person, but at the most is an action in this instance. Any more input to support either argument?

I can't believe we are discussing the correct use of punctuation involving the word fuck, but I guess it needs to be done.

For Pete's sake
For God's sake
For fuck's sake

For sanity's Sake! - sanity isn't an object or a person
Posted by Alfie, 00:38, 10th May 2004:

if you type "for sanitys sake" into google then it says "did you mean 'for sanity's sake'"

:)

fuck is the same by my reckoning

Once again, chay proves one of the many arugment-solving/avioding properties of google.

And if my spelling is off, don't fucking correct me, it's late, i have the cold from hell, my head feels like it's full of rocks, and i'm going to bed now.

You didn't capitalise the C of my name, but i will let you off.
Posted by Brock, 01:00, 10th May 2004:

So what are you saying, Alfie?

Sanity=fuck?

Sounds sensible to me...

:)
Posted by Alfie, 01:16, 10th May 2004:

fuck in this case is an abstract concept, as is sanity, rather than a person or object but still uses an aphostrophe.
Posted by Brock, 01:18, 10th May 2004:

'Fuck' might be an abstract concept in your world, meboyo, but it's well and truly real in mine...

Sanity is definitely abstract in Brocks-ville though.

i said "fuck in this case"

Not that I often fuck in a case.

You'd run out of oxygen unless you were a proper little trigger happy loon.

Assuming you could open the lid after you'd finished anyway, I guess.

if it was a combo lock then we would be "fucked"
