He's not dead you know, i got a text message informing me that the annoying one from 'Saved by the Bell' is now in NYPD Blue.
Posted by Grim..., 14th June 2004:

Did this information thrill you?
Posted by Abe Frohman, 14th June 2004:

A little more than your four year post, it's got to be said.
Posted by Brock, 14th June 2004:

I had a crap this morning, and THAT thrilled me more than Grim...'s 4 year post, though.
Posted by Sul, 14th June 2004:

"the annoying one" = the latino wrestler bloke thing with a poodle-cut?

This brings me onto a point about american high-school drama "makeovers". All they did was remove the geeky kids glasses didnt they?
Posted by Grim..., 14th June 2004:

Surely it's Dustin "Screech" Diamond?
Posted by jeff, 14th June 2004:

no, it's zack, the blonde one with the giant mobile phone.

and sul, you forgot, they also tied their jumpers round their waist and undid the top button of their shirts, and for girls, took out their pony tails...
Posted by Abe Frohman, 14th June 2004:

Later on, some of the girls took out their tits too.

God bless them.
Posted by jeff, 14th June 2004:

Which "Saved By The Bell" Character Are You?
Posted by Sul, 14th June 2004:

You're not Jessie Spano, you're Jessie Love, silly.

I always thought her getting her tits out in showgirls was ironic considering her SBTB character.
Posted by Grim..., 14th June 2004:

Which "Saved By The Bell" Character Are You?

Wow! Look at me! I'm, like, super-buff!
Posted by Grim..., 14th June 2004:

I'll bet I was nearly Screech =[
Posted by jeff, 14th June 2004:

they actually pointed that out in that top 100 sexy moments in film.. or was it top 100 worst films ever made..
Posted by jeff, 14th June 2004:

oops, that was referring to sul's post not grim...'s innit.

oh and sul, call me jessie again and i'll punch you.
Posted by Sul, 14th June 2004:

That Grimdotdotdot's come to accept his geekdom?
Posted by Brock, 14th June 2004:

Grim... Bet I know what the 'C' stands for...
Posted by Brock, 14th June 2004:

Jeff: Jesie, Jessie, Jessie!

hehehe

Baby face don't grow so fast
Make a special wish that will always last
Rub this magic lantern
He will make your dreams come true for you

Ride the rainbow to the other side
Catch a falling star and then take a ride
To the river that sings and the clover that
Brings good luck to you, it's all true

Pink elephants and lemonade, dear Jessie
Hear the laughter running through the love parade
Candy kisses and a sunny day, dear Jessie
See the roses raining on the love parade

If the land of make believe
Is inside your heart it will never leave
There's a golden gate where the fairies all wait
And dancing moons, for you

Close your eyes and you'll be there
Where the mermaids sing as they comb their hair
Like a fountain of gold you can never grow old
Where dreams are made, your love parade

Pink elephants and lemonade, dear Jessie
Hear the laughter running through the love parade
Candy kisses and a sunny day, dear Jessie
See the roses raining on the love parade

Your dreams are made inside the love parade
It's a holiday inside the love parade

On the merry-go-round of lovers and white turtle doves
Leprechauns floating by, this is your lullaby
Sugarplum fingertips kissing your honey lips
Close your eyes sleepy head, is it time for your bed
Never forget what I said, hang on you're already there

Close your eyes and you'll be there
Where the mermaids sing as they comb their hair
Like a fountain of gold you can never grow old
Where dreams are made, your love parade

Pink elephants and lemonade, dear Jessie
Hear the laughter running through the love parade
Candy kisses and a sunny day, dear Jessie
See the roses raining on the love parade.

Posted by jeff, 14th June 2004:

that song was written about me that was.

and brock. i said i'd punch sul. i can barely bring myself to waste precious seconds typing abuse at you, let alone risk catching something by actually touching you.
Posted by Sul, 14th June 2004:

You consider me less of a health risk than Brock? I'm touched. :)
Posted by arsepuppy, 14th June 2004:

he's back from his drunken haze of a celebration! woo!!
Posted by arsepuppy, 14th June 2004:

Excessive drinking binges play havoc with your ringpiece - FACT
Posted by Sul, 14th June 2004:

I'll drink to that!
Posted by Sul, 14th June 2004:

"Dontcha know that it hurts so good doobedoo"
Posted by arsepuppy, 14th June 2004:

*beams*

No job, though, it looks like pikey benefits for me.
Posted by jeff, 14th June 2004:

he's not a student, he's a graduand!
i can also verify the excessive drinking ringpiece theory. i must've drunk about £100 or more during my birthday week.. although i had to go into work for some of those days..
Posted by Foghorn Leghorn, 14th June 2004:

No more student AP!!

Excellent, congrats.

Now get a fuckin job and start paying tax!
Posted by arsepuppy, 14th June 2004:

That reminds me, the sodding inland revenue owe me about 800 pound which would pay for, say, 40 bottles of JD.

Clarse.
Posted by jeff, 14th June 2004:

in response to a picture of a half watermelon i'm cutting out, my co-worker says "wow, that looks positively gynaecological" (this is going in a kids book)
Posted by Foghorn Leghorn, 14th June 2004:

ior...30 bottles of JD. A haircut, and some fags.
Posted by arsepuppy, 14th June 2004:

"positively gynaecological" was the title of my first autobiography, published in 1973.
Posted by arsepuppy, 14th June 2004:

Nah, I got a haircut the other day.

Sort of.

Ok, it's 2 inches shorter but I still look like a homeless.
Posted by Sul, 14th June 2004:

2 inches shorter eh? The price you pay to be jewish...
Posted by Foghorn Leghorn, 14th June 2004:

LOL
Posted by syl, 14th June 2004:

Congrats ap!

He's here all week.
Posted by Sul, 14th June 2004:

Posted by Brock, 14th June 2004:

Jeff, I was hoping that if I called you Jessie some more that you WOULD punch Sul.

(nice ruler gag, btw, Sul)
Posted by Miki, 15th June 2004:

congrats AP :)
Posted by Lyn, 15th June 2004:

Miki, how's the move and that going?
Posted by Salman Rushdie, 16th June 2004:

yea, well "dome" Ap . (had to put the dome in inverted "commers" to avoid being cussed by the grammar unit. although i think the doc is immune.) been gallivanting all over the country recently, filling my hair full of wax and my boots full of wee. someone just asked me asl on msn? damn these three letter acronyms. that is actually blatantly the best madonna song ever. respect to abe.
Posted by Miki, 16th June 2004:

The actual moving was fun (driving to England and back).
It's great being together all the time, we sorted most of the paperwork out (registering for all sort of stuff and banking and insurance and the like).
All Steve's things have found a place (we bought a huge new desk) and his pc is all set up (PC and laptop both working with the adsl w00t).
There are some loose ends but mostly it's all done and we can enjoy our time off. Steve's currently playing frustrating shooter games on the PC :D We've been going out, saw Harry Potter 3, The day after tomorrow and Starsky and Hutch (not exactly top of my list, but not half as horrible as I thought it would be. Damn, still not seen Kill Bill 2).
So it's all good here :)

(Friday, I sent Myst off the other day, should be arriving by christmas ;) )
Posted by Sul, 16th June 2004:

My gorrilla/myst ratio is out of whack too.
Posted by Brock, 16th June 2004:

You're just too Fossey for your own good, Sul.
Posted by Saltation, 16th June 2004:

help me, i'm diane here
Posted by Abe Frohman, 16th June 2004:

*Doffs Cap* at the brilliance of the last three posts.
Posted by WarHead, 17th June 2004:

You don't see a lot of cap doffing these days.
Posted by Sul, 17th June 2004:

Sul's rule #433: If you post enough gags at least one might be funny.
Posted by Sul, 17th June 2004:

More of a theory than a rule actually
Posted by Abe Frohman, 17th June 2004:

A theory pretty much disproved by WH, no?
Posted by WarHead, 17th June 2004:

Get back in your tunnel, Eloi!
