Well, there's no need for me to have a pop at you when you have made such a drastic and un-editable fuckup in the title.

We're still frantically flirting and procrastinating...

The bitch is playing hard to get. Maybe I need to find a way to let out the inner slut within him.

su: you're near-ish my old stomping grounds. brisbane, gold coast. how long you there for?
Posted by su, 09:41, 26th June 2004:

i'm currently BrisVegas
The football is on tonite - so town is totally packed
and there was me thinking everyone else was in town like me to see the Sydney dance company and the southbank markets ;)

am here for 2 days and then i go home to my cat
tomorrow is shops and the markets
monday is dreamworld

how wrong i was

am looking forward to using a decent computer with a keyboard that actually works, so my spelling mistakes can be mine and not the computers.

hey hey brisvegas

if you're a rock climber, get ye out to kangaroo point. 30odd metres of sheer clean quality rock. luvverly.

if you're a drinker, get ye to Riverside Place (IIRitsnameC). great food, great wine, raised terrace over the river, great way to spend a chilled lunch/afternoon. it's the upper-storey terrace you'd have seen above the riverside markets, if you went there instead of the southbank markets.

and if you want to discover why aussies find english universities so shudderingly miserable, take a taxi out to university of queensland (st lucia). wander round the great court, stick your nose in the refec or the pizza kitchen, check out the bookshop and its cafe, check out the rec.club on the ovals, look at the pool, go into the Central Library and marvel at open access to phenomenal collections to anyone who walks in. for lunch, go the tennis club there (15 courts from memory) and spunk A$3.00 on a burger with everything, and then wonder how the fuck the rest of the world managed to turn the burger from real food into a slimy greasy sliver of shit.
go to the alumni gardens for a brief walk through a delightful peaceful oasis, and think about how many couples have had sex in it. (2 friends of mine had to go very verrry still while a school group wittered through)
or just walk down to the river, sit down in a quiet spot, and wait for the water dragons to come out.

If Oz is so damn great, Salti, what the fuck are you doing here?
Posted by Brock, 20:03, 27th June 2004:

And, for reference, you are getting so much abuse tonight because I am grumpy, and you and Perci are the only ones posting anything that I can abuse.
Posted by Perclissigi, 20:06, 27th June 2004:

Well, i'm not going to be around for long, so you better get it off your chest. I've gotta get back to work soon.
And, something that relates to the subject...
When I go on holiday I have to change at Charles de Gaulle airport. So, I can kiss my luggage and the ability to catch my connecting flight goodbye.

oz job market's fucked
Posted by Brock, 20:11, 27th June 2004:

Yeah, and the UK one is looking after you soooo well at the moment!

Personally, if I was going to do a shit job, it would be in a beach bar somewhere nice, not here.

"Her Blog is riddled with typo's too."

I mean, who do they belong to?
Posted by Brock, 08:28, 29th June 2004:

I wanted to distinguish between individual mistakes, and, erm, the Greek God of poor typing, Typos.

(Although a capital letter would have done that. Bugger. Need a better way to worm out of that one, methinks)

I'm sooo glad you're back, Alfie.

;(
