Cal, Youri Djorkaeff wants more money to stay for another season but Big Sam won't give it to him despite him being one of our best players.

Cal, if Vancouver is so good, why don't you pay for all iamcal regular posters to come over and stay with you for a few days, you stingy bastard.
Posted by Brock, 10:03, 20th July 2004:

Cal, my pay rise hasn't happened yet, why don't you make up the difference?
Posted by Brock, 10:04, 20th July 2004:

Cal, when the pubs on the main street outside my flat throw the punters out at the end of the evening, they make loads of row and wake me up. What are you going to do about that?

You can get right back on the horse by complaining to Cal about something though, here's an example:

Cal, ILBM doesn't understand the point of this thread, what are you doing about it?
Posted by Foghorn Leghorn, 12:13, 20th July 2004:

Cal, I seem to have some sort of fungi growing under my nail on my left foot. What can you do about that?
Posted by ilovebeerme, 12:29, 20th July 2004:

Cal I made my eyebrow split and bleed when I punished myself for ruining the thread. What are you going to do about it?
Posted by Saltation, 12:31, 20th July 2004:

Cal, people keep complaining, what are you going to do about it?
Posted by ilovebeerme, 12:34, 20th July 2004:

Cal, that drink One-cal seems to have disappeared. What are you going to do about that then? Come on....
Posted by Saltation, 12:37, 20th July 2004:

Cal, I want to make a joke about you saying "there can BE only one cal" while waving a katana and waiting 1,000 years for the quickening and so forth, but I can't do it without spoiling the thread like ILBM did. What are you going to do about it?
Posted by ilovebeerme, 12:41, 20th July 2004:

Hey I didn't spoil it really!
Posted by ilovebeerme, 12:42, 20th July 2004:

Posted by ilovebeerme, 12:49, 20th July 2004:

Cal, I have that buzzy head thing that one guy got with the stuff that landed for his business top when all the mousicals ate their fill. It's starting to forget it needs me as much as it needs me. What are you?
Posted by Salman Rushdie, 12:57, 20th July 2004:

Cal, there's only one response to that last complaint and I don't think anyone dare say it. What should we all do?
Posted by Victor Menendez, 12:59, 20th July 2004:

Cal, Romac can't get a 900cm CEC through an 850cm gap, I want to complain about you not letting me knock down a wall.

Loose Women's on the telly, Cal. Make it stop.

There's a lunatic running around the country somewhere with 4 murders under his belt but no bounty on his head. This is a disgrace.
Posted by Saltation, 13:07, 20th July 2004:

People nowadays expect everyone else to solve their problems for them, Cal. Everything's "someone else's problem", never theirs. No one takes personal responsibility but still everyone complains and demands that "somebody should do something."
Posted by Victor Menendez, 13:08, 20th July 2004:

Why aren't you doing something?
Posted by ilovebeerme, 13:12, 20th July 2004:

Cal, my fiancee likes to make love with her boots on. She works on an oil rig and so the boots mess up the sheets and I have to change them all the time. Also her beard itches the back of my neck and her penis is huge. What are you going to do about it?
Posted by Rosie, 13:35, 20th July 2004:

Cal, my boss is a w*nker and so I need to get a new job. What are you going to do about it?
Posted by Rosie, 13:46, 20th July 2004:

Cal, the scabs on my foot need to clear up by Friday as I'm going to a party and I want to wear nice strappy shoes. What are you going to do about this?
Posted by Rosie, 13:48, 20th July 2004:

Cal, I'd also like to lose 1/2 a stone by Friday so I could get into my new party dress. How are you going to tackle this problem?
Posted by Brock, 13:50, 20th July 2004:

Cal, I think I can come up with a great way for Rosie to maybe lose some weight by Friday with rampant exercise, but I don't know how to suggest it without looking like a pervert, and/or Vic kicking my arse. Any ideas?
Posted by su, 13:53, 20th July 2004:

Cal, how do we stop Brock from being a Pervert?
Posted by ilovebeerme, 13:54, 20th July 2004:

Cal, I could make rosie gain half a stone almost instantly. Fnarr fnarr.
Posted by Rosie, 13:56, 20th July 2004:

Cal, how can I arrange to have ilovebeerme kicked really hard in the head?

One of my favourite quotes: Errol Flynn (paraphrased)- "Don't worry about this puppy fat. I'll fuck it off in three days."

Cal, they're building a wind farm in my village and I don't think changing the name will help. What should me and the rest of the parish council do?
Posted by Salman Rushdie, 14:14, 20th July 2004:

Cal, the Errol Flynn diet has been really taking it out of me lately. But sex with Lord Atkins sounds much worse. What do you advice?
Posted by Salman Rushdie, 14:15, 20th July 2004:

Cal, the bloody Ayatollah called a fatwa out on me after I wrote The Satanic Verses, and I've had to be in hiding ever since. What do you recommend?
Posted by Victor Menendez, 14:17, 20th July 2004:

Marry some tasty strumpet half your age, of course. Cal, I want to complain about these people, especially that sweetcorn-stabber 'Brock'

*^*&(^&)(^()&*^()
Posted by Brock, 14:19, 20th July 2004:

Cal, Vic had a go at ILBM for screwing the thread, and then did it himself. Can I bitch-slap him?
Posted by Rosie, 14:37, 20th July 2004:

Cal, I would appreciate it if you could investigate why my fringe is taking forever to grow after I gave myself a DIY hair-cut. Thanks very much.
Posted by Miki, 14:40, 20th July 2004:

Cal I've been coughing like a maniac for 2 weeks and I don't even smoke, can you fix my lungs please.
Posted by Rosie, 14:45, 20th July 2004:

Cal, please could you fix it for me to shag Brad Pitt. Thank you. From Rosie. Aged 24 and 3/4.

Cal, Russ Meyer has thrown himself at my conservatory windows once too often.
Posted by Salman Rushdie, 15:00, 20th July 2004:

Cal, I dont know what all of you are speaking of, Mr. "Jackson" is a homosexual molester of little children. He sleeps naked with his children...in the same bed! Tell me that his "children" are not being abused in this matter. Another question what if MJ had a wet dream? What would the tabloids then say? MJ reases sperm into his childrens anus's.
Posted by Brock, 15:01, 20th July 2004:

Cal, can you fix it for me to pose as Brad Pitt for a day or two in a convincing manner. I reckon I only need a haircut, and it'll work a treat.
Posted by Foghorn Leghorn, 15:04, 20th July 2004:

haircut? Transplant more like. :)
Posted by Brock, 15:06, 20th July 2004:

Cal, Foggie is a cheeky twat. What are you going to do about it?
Posted by Foghorn Leghorn, 15:13, 20th July 2004:

Probably nuffink. :)
Posted by Victor Menendez, 15:14, 20th July 2004:

Cal, Microsoft Word is a big steaming pile of donkey droppings, why haven't you written a superior product?

Oh and Brock keeps trying to cosy up to my woman, what are you going to do about it?
Posted by Victor Menendez, 15:17, 20th July 2004:

Cal, My Ipod has mis-named the Stevie Wonder tracks, how am i supposed to listen to 'Master Blaster'?
Posted by Rosie, 15:17, 20th July 2004:

Cal, Brock keeps rubbing his cock up and down my thigh when Vics not looking. How are you going to eliminate this problem?
Posted by Victor Menendez, 15:19, 20th July 2004:

*prepares right hook*
Posted by Brock, 15:25, 20th July 2004:

Cal, Vic thinks he is intimidating and not just an object of ridicule. How are you going to let him down gently?
Posted by Brock, 15:26, 20th July 2004:

Oh, and Cal? I think Rosie is in denial. What are you going to do about it?
Posted by Brock, 15:28, 20th July 2004:

Cal, you do realise we expect you to answer all of these problems, don't you? Even if you have to edit each post to add the answer in a relevant place...
Posted by Rosie, 15:29, 20th July 2004:

Cal, Whilst Brock was wiping his willy on me, I noticed that his cock was a funny shape. How are you going to tell him that his pr*ck is odd?
Posted by Brock, 15:31, 20th July 2004:

Hahahahaha!!

Couldn't help looking, could you?
Posted by Rosie, 15:33, 20th July 2004:

rosie and vic: when are you two going to get it over with and actually meet?
Posted by jeff, 18:25, 20th July 2004:

yeah, you two have been dragging this out like a bad hollyoaks rape storyline for ages now...
Posted by cal, 18:31, 20th July 2004:

nice choice of words jeffica
Posted by Brock, 18:33, 20th July 2004:

It does rather conjure up the magic and romance of the moment, doesn't it?
Posted by Sul, 18:38, 20th July 2004:

I can just hear Rosie now, "Jessica, you simply must say a few words at our wedding. A comparison of our love to a rape storyline would be great."
Posted by Brock, 18:42, 20th July 2004:

"And strangely apt..."
Posted by Victor Menendez, 19:08, 20th July 2004:

Well, the next meeting is pencilled in for the 27th but we've been here before.

Posted by WarHead, 22:55, 20th July 2004:

Cal, I heard that Vic and Rosie are going to do the wild thing. What are you going to do about positioning the video cameras and setting up the live feed to the net?
Posted by cal, 22:57, 20th July 2004:

Posted by Victor Menendez, 23:01, 20th July 2004:

No, I'm leaving him behind because I KNOW he's a nutter.
Posted by ilovebeerme, 09:57, 21st July 2004:

Where you going to go? I've always thought that the Imperial War Museum is ideal for first dates. Not much good for advice on second dates however.
Posted by Rosie, 10:01, 21st July 2004:

A pub?
Posted by ilovebeerme, 10:03, 21st July 2004:

A kayak?
Posted by Rosie, 10:22, 21st July 2004:

What happens if Vic thinks I'm a minger? Then the whole Rosie/Vic/iamcal thing will be ruined.

:(

We'll have to concentrate on the love affair between Brock and the Doc instead....
Posted by ilovebeerme, 10:30, 21st July 2004:

Have you seen Vic!!!! ;)
Posted by Victor Menendez, 10:35, 21st July 2004:

Posted by Rosie, 10:41, 21st July 2004:

Posted by Foghorn Leghorn, 10:42, 21st July 2004:

i hope not ;)
Posted by ilovebeerme, 10:42, 21st July 2004:

Heh heh touche!

Anyway I waas nearly 18.5! No I'm about 15.5 now. I was down to just over 15 but then I ate lots of cheese. I'm 6'2" so I can carry 15.5 ok but I still want to get down to about 14. Aside form losing weight the improvement in fitness has been great! I go to the gym and run 3.5km, cycle 10km and then do the cross trainer thingy for 25 minutes whereas before I used to get out of breath changing into my shorts. Bonza.

Anyway I'd rather be 18 stone than a small cartoon child with a really rather far out hat.
Posted by Victor Menendez, 10:48, 21st July 2004:

Yeah, sorry about that, it appears i'm pretty touchy this morning.
Posted by ilovebeerme, 10:50, 21st July 2004:

Don't need to be sorry mate, I like being reminded that I've lost weight. It makes me feel less guilty about the Thai curry I'm having for lunch :D

It depends on the circumstances.

I've always thought that the Imperial War Museum is ideal for first dates.

Yeah, and you can get them into this, which is really interesting. And yuo can tell her all about the second Class 86 locomotive which is visiting the DPS depot for modifications to enable it to be used as a mobile load bank arriving at Barrow Hill on July 15th. The loco involved is former Res machine 86210. (Fancy that!!!111)

This work is being undertaken by DPS Commercial Services Ltd, and will provide income to support the long term preservation of the society's assets.

Rosie:I thought warhead would have a tash.

Interesting. I wonder why you thought that. Weird how you get a mental image of how someone will look just from their writing.

Foghorn Leghorn:I thought specs myself..and he has neither!

I do for reading; a nice pair of DKNY's. Only needed them for the last year or so.
Posted by Rosie, 15:55, 23rd July 2004:

i'd have a shock if that jump out of his pants
Posted by Rosie, 15:57, 23rd July 2004:

WH: I don't know why i thought that! I imagined you looked like the professor from Back to the Future.

i'd have a shock if that jump out of his pants

So would he.
Posted by Foghorn Leghorn, 15:58, 23rd July 2004:

Rosie...yes, and so would Vic i think!

WH.. Also, you have a very cool cat.
Posted by WarHead, 16:12, 23rd July 2004:

Fudge is not only cool, but bionic. He has a titanium plate in his right leg which he had to have after being hit by a car a few years ago. He's incredibly friendly with everyone and likes dogs as well, even when they don't like him.

your cat sounds excellent!
Posted by WarHead, 16:52, 23rd July 2004:

He is, and the dog is quite a character too. We got them at the same time when they were both nippers, so they've always got on well together.

Posted by Rosie, 16:53, 23rd July 2004:

AWWWW, Bless!
Posted by Foghorn Leghorn, 16:58, 23rd July 2004:

Posted by Saltation, 22:44, 23rd July 2004:

Posted by Saltation, 22:45, 23rd July 2004:

sul: yeah, i thought of the puppyrazzi joke immediately, then wrestled for several picoseconds with alternate framings for it. by the time i'd thought of something scintillating, my underbrain had not only typed something else and hit Post, but had walked me downstairs and out to the pub. bloody good underbrain, that.
Posted by Saltation, 22:52, 23rd July 2004:

cal: rhetorical questions, eh?
Posted by Andy, 00:07, 24th July 2004:

Posted by lau, 23:09, 24th July 2004:

Posted by Brock, 10:15, 25th July 2004:

Cal? Foppy has been on here for too long not to know that Google is the answer to everything. What are you going to do about it?
Posted by su, 10:35, 25th July 2004:
