I wrote you a testamonial, Miki.
In fact, I've written them for a lot of people and so far only Brock (!) has written one back (interestingly saying that he's my bitch).

Hey Doc, My paper said that St Albans faces seven weeks without Traffic Wardens, Is it some kind of parking Nirvana down there?
Yeah! They were talking to commuters outside my friends house on the news the other day. No traffic wardens for 7 weeks. They parked a car on the double yellow lines outside the police station for ages and no-one cared. It's chaos. There's cars parked everywhere. Honestly. I'm going to have to climb over them to get to the train station today.

Make your own parking tickets and fines. Vigilante traffic control!
Yeah!
Actually I'm going to Brighton today and it's a hot-bed of traffic wardens. But if I had a car, and it was in St. Albans, I'd darn well leave it wherever I wanted to! That'll show those absentee wardens.
Might just leave my bike in the middle of the road. That would suck though.
