i'm having a brainfade moment -- help requested

given that (in ENGLISH) licence is spelled "license" when a verb ("i license you to use my product") and "licence" when a noun ("so you will have a licence to use my product"), when talking about someone who has licensed your product are they a licensee or a licencee?
